Youth Ministry (11-18s)
Christchurch has a lively Youth Ministry, run by our Youth Worker, Jason Soullier. We run three youth groups, Impact, Forum and Roots.
SUNDAY MORNINGS
Pathfinders is a fun informal Bible study group for ages 11-14 which runs during our family service at 10.30am in the Durham 6th Form Centre. We spend our time playing games, doing quizzes and finding out more about who Jesus is and the difference He should make to our lives.
YOUTH GROUPS
Christchurch run two youth groups called IMPACT and FORUM.
Impact
IMPACT is the Christchurch Durham Christian youth group for 11-14 year olds. It's open to anyone in this age group and newcomers are very welcome to come along.
The aim of IMPACT is to introduce young people to the claims of Jesus Christ in the Bible and to have fun socialising and playing a few games.
IMPACT runs on Friday evenings from 7pm to 9pm in the Vane Tempest Hall. A light meal is served at 7pm with activities from 7.30pm onwards.
Forum

FORUM is a Christian youth group run by Christchurch Durham for young people aged between 14 and 16.
FORUM meets on Thursday evenings from 6.00pm to 8.30pm at 21 Wilson Crescent in Gilesgate (postcode: DH1 1PF).
The aim of FORUM is to introduce young people to the claims of Jesus Christ in the Bible and to help them grow in living out their faith day by day. We also aim to have fun together by hanging out and socializing.
FORUM starts at 6.00pm with refreshments and time doing school homework as a group. A meal is then served at 7.00pm (suggested donation £2) with a Bible study starting soon after.
FORUM is open to anyone in the 14-16 year old age group and newcomers are very welcome to join at any point.
Roots

ROOTS is a Bible study for 6th formers run by Christchurch Durham. The group meets on Monday evenings from 6.00pm to 8.00pm at 21 Wilson Crescent in Gilesgate (postcode: DH1 1PF).
The aim of ROOTS is to help 6th formers become rooted in their faith in Jesus Christ and to encourage them to live wholeheartedly for Him. We also aim to have fun socialising and hanging out together.
A light meal is served at 6.00pm (suggested donation £2) with a Bible study from 6.30pm onward.
All are welcome and it would be great to see you
