Small Groups
Small groups provide an opportunity for us to help one another hear God speak, apply what we hear to our lives and pray together.
We encourage everyone to join a small group since this is the primary place for pastoral care and discipleship.

Home groups meet fortnightly on Wednesday evenings in venues across Durham, for Bible study and the chance to get to know others. For further details or to join a group contact Leo Davison at
- TNT (Our 20s & 30s Group)
TNT meets fortnightly in the Bailey Rooms on Wednesday evenings at 7:15pm for a meal followed by a study. For further details or to join a group contact Leo Davison at
- Women at Christchurch
Women at Christchurch is a group of women who meet monthly on Thursday afternoons, for Bible study and prayer. If you would like more information please contact Helen Pepper at
- Mum's Bible Study

Central Focus
Central Focus is the opportunity in our small group programme for us to all meet together centrally to discuss various pastoral or doctrinal issues. We meet in the Bailey Rooms for food from 7.15pm and followed at 8pm by a talk and discussion in groups. The evening finishes at 9.30pm.
Main Monthly Prayer Meeting
Our belief that we are dependent upon God for everything means that the Main Monthly Prayer Meeting is at the heart of the life here at Christchurch. We meet in the Bailey Rooms for food from 7.15pm and then pray for various aspects of the ministry at Christchurch, our mission partners and the world at large. The dates this term are 7th May, 11th June and 9th July.
Ground Zero
Ground Zero is for all those new to Christchurch, whether you are a new Christian or have been a Christian all your life. Its aim is to deepen our commitment to the Lord Jesus and our involvement in the life of Christchurch. For further details contact Leo Davison at
