Are you more inclined to take access to God for granted or to feel like you will be turned away?
What is unbelief?
Gen 3:1–6; Ps 14:1–7; 1 John 5:10
Who is guilty of it?
Num 14:11; Ps 78:21–22; John 16:8–9
What are the consequences?
Ps 78:21–22, John 3:18, 36; Heb 3:16–19

So…presumption is foolish!

Heb 9:13–14, 25–26, 10:11–14, 19–25
Faith: receives the gift of justification

Faith: binds us to Christ who is righteous
Eph 3:17; Phil 3:7–9; 2 Cor 5:21
So… you will never be turned away!
So… faith comes confidently to God!

If yes, then come with real boldness and confidence

Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the holy places by the blood of Jesus, 20 by the new and living way that he opened for us through the curtain, that is, through his flesh, 21 and since we have a great priest over the house of God, 22 let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.
