We are convinced that unless the Lord builds the house, the labourers labour in vain. Each week we meet to pray together on Tuesday mornings at 8am in the church building. A simple breakfast is provided, particularly so that students living in college don't have to miss a meal.
We spend time giving thanks to God for who he is and what we have seen him doing among us. We seek to bring our needs and our plans to him and ask that he would be at work though our weakness. We pray for our city and the ministry of other churches and organisations serving our good and gracious God alongside us. What's more, each week we spend time lifting our eyes and praying for things outside Durham and we ask God to be at work glorifying his name all over the world.
