FOCUS is our weekly student Bible study night (this year, we are looking at the the book of Mark). This is really the heart of student life at Christchurch. FOCUS provides a great chance to get to know others in Durham - many students have found that friends from FOCUS have stayed with them for life!
Each group meets on Thursdays during university term time to share life together, study the Bible and pray. Food is served at 6pm and Bible Studies starts at 6:30pm. At 8pm, we then meet altogether to hear a talk from the Bible about important doctrines or areas of the Christian life, after which there is a chance to ask questions.
Our first FOCUS back in the new academic year will be on the 15th October 2026.
